As travelers ourselves, we yearned for a guide that informed and entertained us while containing local information required to help us see and enjoy all the things the locals know about. A magazine that engaged us and yet wasn’t too heavy on advertising in a way that many are.

Since its inception, Greydoor Publishing had a desire to work closely with Les Clefs d’Or to produce a fabulous magazine for their Les Clefs d’Or member properties.

The crossed gold keys of this wonderful organization are more than just its symbol; they are the symbol of guaranteed quality service.

It is this philosophy that guides us in our desire to create a publication for each hotel, which then becomes a valuable tool and addition to a guest’s stay. A magazine portable enough not to hinder and yet full enough to guide and advise in a way that makes you feel you have the hotel concierge walking beside you.

With content approved and provided by the very team who are hosting you, it gives an insight into the secrets of the city in a way that hasn’t been available to a guest before.

 

This literally is the best way for us to tell our story of exceptional service to each and every hotel guest. With The Concierge magazine we are able to show how we as Les Clefs d’Or concierges can make anything possible for our travelers, and for our general managers. The magazine was fun to create and the people at Greydoor were easy to work with. The Concierge has been a great success, I love it!
