Steven is the Founder and CEO of Greydoor Publishing, where he leads the company in creating high-quality luxury publications. With a keen eye for storytelling and innovation, Steven drives the growth of the business across multiple industries, including real estate and lifestyle.

What are you known in the office for? Being the only one who uses the lift to move between floors

What is your go-to desk snack? Hummus

What is your weirdest skill? Being able to see through frosted glass.

 

Anna Collinge

Director

Anna is a Director at Greydoor Publishing, overseeing operations and strategy across the company’s growing portfolio. With a strong background in publishing and client relations, she plays a key role in delivering premium content and building lasting partnerships.

What are you known in the office for? My obsession with sausage dogs

Aidan Simms

Chief Commercial Officer

Head of Sales

Head of Operations

David is the Head of Operations at Greydoor Publishing, leading the development of internal systems and workflows to support the company’s growth. With a strong focus on technology and process efficiency, he ensures teams have the tools and structure needed to deliver at scale.

Ellen Hanson

Head of Design

Ellen is the Head of Design at Greydoor Publishing, leading the creative and design function across the company’s magazine portfolio. As Lead Creative and Design Manager, she oversees the visual direction of each title, ensuring strong layout, brand alignment, and consistently high design standards. Her work ensures every publication is engaging, cohesive, and visually distinctive.

Nicole Graham

Head of Production & Marketing

Nicole is the Production and Marketing Manager at Greydoor Publishing, overseeing the production department and all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts. With a strong background in design and content marketing, she leads creative direction, ensures smooth production workflows, and maintains Greydoor’s premium standards and cohesive visual identity across all publications.

Paul Atkinson

Head of Finance

Zacharias Crowe

Senior Partnerships Manager

Zac is the Senior Partnerships Manager at Greydoor Publishing, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of luxury publishing projects across print and digital. He leads strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, working closely with them to execute projects from concept through to delivery, translating creative vision into publication outcomes aligned with brand, commercial, and editorial objectives. He oversees the coordination of multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration across production, sales and design teams to ensure seamless execution and consistently exceptional standards. With a focus on long-term relationship development, Zac plays a central role in building and sustaining partnerships that drive repeat collaboration, growth, and ongoing commercial success.

Abigail Edge

Senior Advert Manager

Abbie is Senior Advertising Manager at Greydoor Publishing, working closely with advertisers and brand partners across the company’s magazine portfolio. She oversees the advertising journey from onboarding through to publication delivery and ongoing support during clients’ advertising periods, ensuring each client receives exceptional support and a seamless experience throughout the process. With a strong focus on communication and relationship management, Abbie is dedicated to helping brands maximise their presence within each publication.

Gavin Mycock

Lead Graphic Designer

Gavin is the Lead Graphic Designer at Greydoor Publishing, where he supports the Head of Design in the day-to-day development and delivery of creative projects. With more than three decades of experience in print design, he brings extensive expertise in layout, brand consistency, and the creation of visually engaging concepts that effectively communicate ideas and enhance audience engagement. His strong attention to detail and collaborative approach have made him a valued contributor to the continued success of the design team.
