Our central office is proudly based in Blackpool, a charming coastal town in northern England, with an additional presence in Florida, USA. From these vibrant hubs, we manage every aspect of our operations—from sales and marketing to editorial design and production. Our dedicated team operates as one close-knit family, united by a shared passion for premium publishing and a steadfast commitment to client service. Our timeline

Since 2016, Greydoor Publishing has been recognised for its signature bespoke design work and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Take a closer look at how our journey has unfolded.

2017

With a small team and a shared belief that hotel guests deserved high-quality collateral to enhance their stay, Greydoor Publishing was founded. Seeking insights from hospitality leaders, our first partners were Les Clefs d’Or USA and their esteemed concierge members. We launched our inaugural magazine, The Concierge, for the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. With the support of the then-president of Les Clefs d’Or USA, we went on to create our first edition for the Omni Hotel San Diego.

2018

Our relationships and reputation grew and we continued to create bespoke magazines for truly great hotels, expanding our portfolio to include iconic properties and luxury brands like Peninsula, Fairmont, Rosewood and The Ritz-Carlton.

2019

Greydoor acknowledged the opportunity for luxury real estate companies to support their clients further, partnering with Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliates to produce relocation and lifestyle magazines.

2020

During the pandemic, with the hospitality industry paused, our new real estate publications and partnerships with Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates took our company on an exciting new trajectory.

2021

With the need for new and bigger offices, Greydoor was able to make the most of new opportunities and expand the team. With a shared readership demographic across all publications, our reputation for great content and quality print set us apart from the competition and reinforced a collective pride in what we do and who we do it for.

2022

Through our growth, we were able to embrace new opportunities and challenges and felt the benefits of a solid reputation. With an expanded platform of publications and partners, we revelled in our ability to have adapted and emerged from a global pandemic, stronger and with a broader view on how we could support new and existing partners.

2023

In a new and larger office, we saw the launch of more exciting projects and publications, including the first Discover magazine for the Anguilla Tourism Authority and the first Halo, a magazine for Official Rolex Jewelers, for Liljenquist & Beckstead jewelers of Washington D.C.

2024

Our portfolio of print and digital publications continues to grow, resulting in a platform that attracts many national and luxury brands. A constant desire to present our partners with engaging assets led us to patent and create the pocket map – a uniquely usable guide, offering a new way to share experiences and strengthen our industry reputation.
