This December we are celebrating another fantastic year at Greydoor Publishing. It has been a year of significant growth for our company, across all operations. Not only has the number of our hotel and real estate magazine partners grown significantly, but we have hosted more networking events than ever before, and our team has welcomed many new members!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our partners for their support this year and to share with them our 2022 company highlights.
Our Continuing Success
This year we produced 126 publications for luxury hotels and real estate agencies across 19 countries across the globe, more than double what we produced in 2021. The significant increase reflects our growing reputation as a reliable publishing company, entrusted to deliver the highest quality bespoke, luxury magazines.
We have also seen a huge increase over the year in the number of advertising partners who feature in our publications, which are a careful combination of local, reputable businesses and some of the most iconic national and international brands. The 984 businesses we worked with enjoyed several fantastic benefits when they signed up with us – huge exposure to the host’s high-end clientele, the opportunity for our exceptional design team to create their advertisement, and the option to benefit from after-sale marketing tools. The increase in our advertising partners points to our brand’s synonymity with excellent design and outstanding customer service.
Advertising in our magazines goes far beyond an advert in a magazine. Through our after-sales process, we help build deep and meaningful partnerships between our valued advertisers and the magazine host. We achieve this in a variety of ways, and this year hosted 10 successful networking events. These events offered critical insights and provoked meaningful conversations through panel lead conversations with industry leaders, followed by great cocktails and the opportunity for the advertisers to communicate directly with key members of the hotel and real estate management teams.
These introductions are the foundations for relationships that lead to partnerships in the future. For the advertiser, this is an opportunity to further promote their business to individuals connected to the host magazine, whether these are hotel concierges or marketing directors for an estate agency, and to accelerate their ROI.
Throughout 2022, we held networking events in Jamaica, Bermuda, California, Georgia, Vermont, Rhode Island, Baltimore and several other destinations! Not only were these fantastic opportunities for our hosts and advertisers, but also a chance for us to put faces to the names we have thoroughly enjoyed working with!
Welcoming New Faces
Our exciting year of growth extends beyond our publishing operations and event hosting. Our team at Greydoor has expanded by a huge 25% this year! As our company expands, so do our expectations and aspirations for the quality of service we offer all our fantastic clients around the world.
We have welcomed new faces to our management, sales team, client services department and production team. Each new team member contributes a unique vision to the company’s operations and makes a real impact to the work we produce and the personality of our office. Speaking of our which… to make room for the growing team, we are making an exciting move to a bigger office in the new year!
