We recently had the pleasure of creating a digital program for the Les Clefs d’Or North American Congress that took place in June in Las Vegas.
Recognised worldwide by the golden keys worn on their lapels, Les Clefs d’Or Concierge welcomes distinguished guests to luxury hotels in all four corners of the world. Each concierge is known for delivering first-hand knowledge of their local areas, curating exceptional experiences for hotel guests, and paying much more than lip service to their motto – “In Service Through Friendship.”
2023 marks the first year since 1994 that Les Clefs d’Or USA and Les Clefs d’Or Canada have attended a joint North American congress. Hosted in a city with a legacy of world-class hospitality, it was a fantastic opportunity for members of each organisation to meet, network, learn, and celebrate the best of what Les Clefs d’Or represents.
The Digital Program
Les Clefs d’Or USA personally approached Greydoor Publishing through our CEO, Steven Collinge, on the back of his long-standing respect and friendship with the board members of this incredible organisation. They asked if we would design and produce a digital program for delegates to use in the run up to the event and throughout their days in Las Vegas. We have produced many Experiences magazines for hotels where a Les Clefs d’Or Concierge has been present and our reputation for high-quality, bespoke publications is well known to them. It was an honour to be invited to create this program for such a significant event and distinguished readership.
The digital program provided delegates with an essential guide to both the event and the host city. Readers could expect a warm welcome from several of the organisers, such as Leigh Ann Dolecki, President of Les Clefs d’Or USA, in addition to valuable information regarding the event itinerary, keynote speakers, and history of Les Clefs d’Or.
The program also featured engaging articles about Las Vegas, guiding readers on making the most of their downtime in Sin City. The articles included covered facts and figures about the city; its past, present and future; and what to explore there. Supporting this editorial were some selected local businesses who are known to the concierge network in Las Vegas. We featured these companies in the program to guide readers toward the best restaurants, sightseeing tours and more.
Our CEO and his wife, Anna, were invited to attend the congress, thoroughly enjoying connecting with old friends and hospitality professionals from some of the world’s best hotels while learning more about the future of Les Clefs d’Or and how it plans to continue to support hospitality.
